Ingredients

  • 1 cup black grapes washed
  • 1 cup plain yoghurt (Greek yoghurt or dairy-free alternative
  • 1/2 cup milk chilled
  • 1 tablespoon honey any sweetener adjust to taste
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  • Wash the black grapes thoroughly and remove the stems.
  • Combine the black grapes, plain yoghurt, milk, honey or maple syrup in a blender jar.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Note: If the consistency is too thick, you can add more milk to reach your desired consistency.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness with more honey or maple syrup if needed.
  • Add a handful of ice cubes to the blender and blend again until smooth, If desired.
  • Once the smoothie reaches the desired consistency, pour it into glasses and serve immediately.
