Ingredients
1Bananapeeled chopped and frozen
2teaspoon Rose syrupas taste and colour required
1cupYoghurt/Dahichilled
Sweetenerto taste
¾cup water or milkchilled, optional
For Garnish:
1/2teaspoon Coconut dried flakestoasted
1/2teaspoon almondscoarsely chopped and toasted
1/2teaspoon pistachioscoarsely chopped and toasted
1/2teaspoon sesame seedstoasted
1/2teaspoon wall nutscoarsely chopped and toasted
Instructions
Put the sliced banana, curd, rose syrup and sweetener in the blender and blend until creamy, smooth and foamy.
Add water or milk if required.
Pour into glass and Top with rows of coconut flakes, almonds, pistachios, and sesame seeds, and wall nuts etc. Serve chilled.
Notes
you can adjust the thickness and sweetness according to your taste.you can also adjust the dry nuts as per taste.Make sure all the dairy products are chilled and frozen fruits. Avoid adding ice to the lassi. You may keep ice surrounding the lassi glass until it is very chilled.
