Banana Rose Lassi Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana peeled chopped and frozen
  • 2 teaspoon Rose syrup as taste and colour required
  • 1 cup Yoghurt/Dahi chilled
  • Sweetener to taste
  • ¾ cup water or milk chilled, optional

For Garnish:

  • 1/2 teaspoon Coconut dried flakes toasted
  • 1/2 teaspoon almonds coarsely chopped and toasted
  • 1/2 teaspoon pistachios coarsely chopped and toasted
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds toasted
  • 1/2 teaspoon wall nuts coarsely chopped and toasted

Instructions

  • Put the sliced banana, curd, rose syrup and sweetener in the blender and blend until creamy,  smooth and foamy.
  • Add water or milk if required.
  • Pour into glass and Top with rows of coconut flakes, almonds, pistachios, and sesame seeds, and wall nuts etc. Serve chilled.

Notes

you can adjust the thickness and sweetness according to your taste.
you can also adjust the dry nuts as per taste.
Make sure all the dairy products are chilled and frozen fruits. Avoid adding ice to the lassi. You may keep ice surrounding the lassi glass until it is very chilled.
