Ingredients
2cupChikoowashed, peeled, deseeded and chopped
2cupsMilk chilled
sweetener as per taste
1cupIce cubesoptional
Instructions
Preparation:
Peel the skin and discard the seeds of chikoo.
Method:
Add all the ingredients, chopped chikoo, 1/4 cup of chilled milk and sweetener into the blender jar.
Blend until smooth now add the rest of the milk and ice or ice cream into the jar and process (blend)till smooth and creamy.
Chikoo milkshake is ready to serve.
Serve chilled.
Notes
Garnish with a pinch of cinnamon powder & few chunks of chikoo.
You can use add chopped nuts like almonds or pistachio or walnuts as a garnish.
You can even add almond powder or chopped dates to the blender along with chikoo pieces and blend. This will bring a rich taste to the milkshake.
You can also use 2-3 dates instead of sugar or honey to make it more nutritious and tasty.
