Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas peeled and sliced
  • 2 kiwifruit peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • few mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoon oats
  • 2 teaspoon honey or to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients banana, kiwi, yoghurt, milk, oats, mint and honey in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Smoothie is ready to serve.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
