How to make Banana Lassi(Yogurt Drink)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt chilled
  • 1/2 cup Milk chilled (optional)
  • 1 Banana fresh or frozen ripe, peeled and sliced
  • sweetener to taste
  • Pnch of cardamom powder optional
  • Coca Powder optional
  • Crushed ice optional

Instructions

  • Put the sliced banana, curd, sweetener and cardamom Powder in the blender and blend until creamy,  smooth and foamy.
  • Pour into the serving glass, garnish with grated chocolate and serve immediately. 

Notes

The milk and ice help to thin out the lassi.
