1cupPlain Yogurtchilled
1/2cupMilkchilled (optional)
1Banana fresh or frozenripe, peeled and sliced
sweetener to taste
Pnchof cardamom powderoptional

Instructions
Put the sliced banana, curd, sweetener and cardamom Powder in the blender and blend until creamy, smooth and foamy.
