Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk chilled
  • 1 medium apple peeled and chopped
  • 1 ripe banana Frozen
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener as per required
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder optional
  • 1 Crushed ice

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to the blend just until well-mixed and foamy.
  • Blend until creamy and smooth.
  • Add the remaining milk and blend just until well mixed and foamy.
  • Add ice to the blender if you like you like your shake well-chilled.
  • Pour into glass and serve immediately.

Notes

you can adjust the thickness and sweetness according to your taste.
