Ingredients
- 4 cups lotus seeds fox nuts/makhana/Phool makhana
- 2-3 teaspoon olive oil or ghee
- 1/2 teaspoon Rock salt or salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon dry red chilli flakes or as required
- 1 teaspoon dried herb or chaat masala
Instructions
- Heat the ghee or olive oil in a deep non-stick pan.
- Add the makhanas and a little salt and chilli flakes and sauté on a medium flame for 8 -10 minutes until the nuts are crispy.
- Remove from the flame, combine the makhanas and chaat masala or mix herbs immediately transfer into a deep bowl and mix well.
- Once cooled, store it in an airtight container.
- Serve with hot tea or coffee.
