Ragi Ladoo-Nachni Laddu (Step by Step Recipe)   

Preparation:

  • Lightly crush or chop the dry fruits as per your choice.

Method:

Heat the ghee in a thick bottom pan over medium heat.
Add Ragi flour and roast the Ragi flour in a pan until it gives out a nice aroma.

ragi ladoosAdd dry fruit mixture to the roasted Ragi flour.

ragi ladoosMix well and cook for 5-8 minutes over a low flame or till ghee starts to float over Ragi flour.

ragi ladoosTurn off the gas heat and allow the mixture to cool down slightly.

ragi ladoosAdd Sugar powder and cardamom powder.

ragi ladoosMix well.

ragi ladooShape the mixture into small round laddus.

Ragi LadoosRagi Ladoos are ready to serve.

  • 1 cups ragi nachni / Finger millet flour
  • 1 tablespoon chopped nuts & Raisins as required
  • 1/2 cup sugar powder
  • 1/2 cup melted ghee
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom elaichi powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut powder optional
Instructions

Recipe Notes

you can toss them in coconut powder.
