Ingredients
  • ½ cup Condensed Milk
  • 250 gram Paneer (Indian Cheese)grated
  • ½ teaspoon Cardamom (Elaichi) Powder
  • Saffron soaked in warm milk, optional
  • Almonds& Pistachio as per choice, optional
Instructions
  1. Mash the Paneer with the palm of a hand or blend in a blender until smooth and creamy.
  2. Take Paneer In a heavy bottom pan.
  3. Add Condensed Milk well and cook on medium heat stirring constantly.
  4. Cook till the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of a pan.
  5. Add cardamom powder mix well.
  6. Remove from fire and Transfer the mixture to a plate or bowl and set aside to cool.
  7. Shape into Ladoos and place a sliced pistachio and almonds on top and sprinkle saffron on each laddoo and serve.
