Ingredients
  • 1 cup mango pulp
  • 1 cup full-fat milk
  • ½ cup condensed milk or milk powder
  • ½ cup fresh cream
  • ¼ cup sugar or to taste
Instructions
  1. Put the mango pulp into a blender jar.
  2. Add milk, cream, condensed milk and sugar.
  3. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a shallow container.
  5. Cover with an aluminium foil and freeze for 3-4 hours or till semi-set.
  6. Pour the semi-set mixture into a mixer or blender and blend until smooth.
  7. Transfer the mixture back into the same container.
  8. Cover with an aluminium foil and freeze until set.
  9. Scoop out into a bowl and serve.
Recipe Notes

serving suggestion: 

  • If you like, garnish with some pistachio or fresh mango pulp/pieces or honey or chocolate syrup.

Note:

  • Sweetness can always be adjusted as per your taste.

Mango Ice Cream
