Serves: 1 Glass
Ingredients
  • 1-2 ripe banana peeled and cut into chunk
  • ½ cup strawberry sliced
  • ½ cup yoghurt plain or flavoured
  • ½ cup milk chilled
  • 2 tablespoon Porridge oats
  • some ice cubes optional
  • Honey to taste
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender, and puree until smooth.
  2. Add some ice cubes if you like and blend again.
  3. Add more yoghurt if the smoothie is too thick.
  4. Strawberry banana smoothie is ready to serve.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve.
Notes
Serve immediately.

If strawberries are not in season, you can add frozen ones instead.

If you don’t own a powerful blender, simply drop the ice cubes and go for the frozen banana option.
