  • 1.5 cup cold milk
  • 1 medium apple peeled and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar or to taste, optional
  • Crushed ice optional
  • pinch of cinnamon powder optional
  1. Put the apple and sugar in the blender with about 1 cup of milk.
  2. Blend until creamy and smooth.
  3. Add the remaining milk and blend just until well mixed and foamy.
  4. Add ice to the blender if you like you like your shake well-chilled.
  5. Pour into glass and garnish with cinnamon powder.
  6. serve immediately.
Recipe Notes
  • Always use sweet apple variety like red delicious for this recipe.
  • sugar can be replaced with honey.
  • For a more creamy and flavorful milkshake, you can add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  • You can use almond milk or soya milk in this milkshake recipe instead of full-fat milk.
