Ingredients for Apple Banana Shake:

Apple: 1 small-medium, peeled, chopped apple.
Banana: 1 frozen banana, frozen banana helps to make a thick and creamy texture. Bananas give sweetness to this smoothie, which helps temper the tanginess of the apple.
Dairy
Milk: You can use dairy or dairy-free milk like soya, almond or coconut milk as per your taste. Milk gives this smoothie a creamy texture.
Sweetener: You can add sweeteners as per taste and requirement to the shake, like honey, sugar or date syrup, pitted dates, honey or maple syrup etc. You can reduce or increase the quantity of sweetener in our recipe based on the ripeness of the bananas you use.
Cinnamon: Cinnamon has antioxidants and is anti-inflammatory, among other health-boosting properties. It’s optional, and you can replace it with cardamom or nutmeg etc.

Method:

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 minutes or blend just until well-mixed and foamy. Pour into a serving bowl and enjoy immediately

  • 1 medium apple peeled and chopped
  • 1 ripe banana Frozen
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener as per required
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder optional
  • 1 Crushed ice

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to the blend just until well-mixed and foamy.
  • Blend until creamy and smooth.
  • Add the remaining milk and blend just until well mixed and foamy.
  • Add ice to the blender if you like you like your shake well-chilled.
  • Pour into glass and serve immediately.
