Materials

  • 2 cup milk or substitute milk soy or almond milk
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 2 ripe bananas for extra thickness use frozen bananas
  • ½ cup  ice cubes optional
  • sweetener to taste
  • 150 gm fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 2 ripe bananas fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds soaked
  • 1.5 cups Greek yoghurt plain or vanilla-flavoured
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or any milk of your choice
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup optional, depending on sweetness preference
  • Ice cubes if using fresh strawberries

Instructions

  • Wash the strawberries and chop them into pieces.
  • Peel the bananas and Chop into slices.
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve immediately.
  • If you’re using fresh strawberries, wash them thoroughly and remove the stems.
