Today I am going to share a post on How to Make a Creamy Mango Banana Smoothie. This creamy mango banana smoothie is a thick, creamy tasty and delicious smoothie. we can serve it as breakfast but also serves well as an afternoon snack or even a frosty dessert. Smoothies are the best way to enjoy fresh fruits and summer. This yummy and healthy smoothie is prepared by combining the world’s two best fruits, mango and banana. Apart from these two fruits, this recipe also uses milk and yoghurt to make it thicker, creamier and richer in sweet taste, you can also use orange juice instead of milk to get a mild tangy touch.

What are the main ingredients of the smoothie?

Here’s what you’ll need to make this mango smoothie:

  • Milk: You can use dairy or plant milk as per your taste and requirement.
  • yoghurt: You can use regular dairy curd/yoghurt or dairy-free curd as required.
  • Banana: Fresh or frozen bananas, you can select any one of these as per requirement and taste.
  • Mango: You can use Fresh mango or frozen mango pulp as per your choice.
  • Cardamom powder(optional): You can add cardamom or cinnamon powder, it’s an optional step.
  • Sweetener: Sugar, Jaggery Honey, Maple Syrup or any of them can be used as per taste.
  • Ice or ice cream (optional): You can also add ice cubes or ice cream if your ingredients are not frozen.

Method:
To make this smoothie, Mix all the ingredients into a blender and blend until they reach your desired consistency.
*For a thick smoothie, add more bananas. For a thinner smoothie, add more milk.

  • 1 cup mango ripe chopped, fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana ripe, sliced fresh or frozen ripe
  • 1 cup milk as dairy or plant per choice
  • 2 teaspoon honey sweetener as per choice
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt unsweetened

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients(mango, banana, milk, yoghurt and honey) into a blender or food processor.
  • Blend at high speed until smooth and creamy texture.
  • Creamy mango banana smoothie is ready to serve.
  • Pour into the serving glasses.
  • Garnish as per choice like dry fruits, choco chips, or chopped fruits and serve immediately.

Notes

Add orange juice, pomegranate juice, or apple juice to this smoothie to make it healthier and delicious.
